Mr. Bonner is a geologist who has experience working on gold, base metals, uranium and diamond deposits. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from Brock University in Ontario and has a lot of public experience. Rick is a Qualified Person as per NI-43 101. GRAHAM C. WARREN, BComm, CMA Senior Financial Executive with over 25 years of experience in small to medium sized businesses in the environmental, resource, biotech, service and software sectors. Extensive involvement in all facets of organization including finance, human resources, sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Warren has public market experience (Exile Resources, Changfeng Energy Inc., Arehada Mining Ltee, Active Control Technology Inc., and more), corporate finance, audit committee, corporate governance expertise and substantial international experience. Robert Séguin Mr. Séguin is since March 2006, Managing Partner of Westmount Capital, a Geneva based consulting firm specialized in IR and Corporate Finance. Senior Manager for 23 years in Institutional Sales and Security Dealers internationally, he succeeded in many start up situations with focus on business development. Claude St Hilaire Mr. St-Hilaire is lawyer and member of the Quebec Barreau since 1984. Since 1990, he is a partner of Quessy Henry St-Hilaire and practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation.
