  3. Search for Pathology • Iatrogenic – drains, pacemakers, sternotomy wires, ?artefact • Mediastinal contours • CTR • Lung fields • Hemidiaphragms • Costo- and cardio-phrenic angles • Free air • Soft tissue • Bone

  4. A=right clavicle • B=right scapula • C=right 4th anterior rib • D=right 8th rib • E=right costophrenic angle • F=left lung apex • G=aortic arch • H=hilum • I=heart • J=left lung base • K=gastric bubble • White arrow=right hemidiaphragm • Yellow arrow=trachea
