  4. Quantify Your Audience • Who are the major rehabilitation A & E firms? • Which industry associations would they likely be involved with?

  5. Quantify Your Audience • Who are the major property management firms? • Which firms regularly perform structural repairs?

  6. Define Message To Audience • Communicate ICRI Mission Statement • The mission of the International Concrete Repair Institute is to improve the quality of repair, restoration, and protection of concrete and other structures.

  7. Define Message to Audience • Convey the relevancy of ICRI to: • Engineers • Architects • Property Managers • Building Engineers • Material Suppliers • Vendors • Contractors
