We are a non-profit organization working since 1994 to support the professional and social integration of job seekers and migrants through training, employment measures, and counseling services. Our activities include further education, professional training, language and integration courses, and youth encounters.

Main partners and supporters EBA cooperates closely with a wide variety of different actors and networks and receives financial support by state-funded program schemes (i.e. under the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, the Federal Jobs Employment Agency, the European Social Fund (in cooperation with the Federal State of Berlin). The quality of all activities is ensured by a quality management system which is certified under the DEKRA QM pur and AZWV / ISO 9001:2008 standards.
