This proposal outlines plans to reinstate the Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp) fraternity at the University of Arizona, emphasizing its historic success and strategic future. Founded in 1954, SigEp has seen ups and downs, including a loss of recognition in 2008. Our approach includes the Balanced Man Program, enhanced alumni support, and a commitment to creating a positive residential learning environment. By fostering leadership, academic achievement, and personal development, we aim to positively impact current and future members.
