Credit Transfer - Student data • This is only needed when a student has achieved some of the units of the old HND • Step 1 - Make an entry for the new HND on CSH system • Step 2 - Compare the achieved units as mentioned in the credit transfer guidance • Step 3 – make entries for mapped units onto CSH • Step 4 – put results onto CSH for the mapped units

  3. Credit Transfer – Student data • Step 5 – all old unit entries which are on new framework but are not part of the mapping exercise need to have the completion date changed to match the new HND completion date • Step 6 – make entries onto CSH for all remaining units on the new framework
