10. Brau Service - produces pasteurized whole milk under the trade mark Molochny Express (Dairy Express) and Utrechko (Early Morning). This nonnormalized natural product is very popular with Tver customers. The reason for the popularity is our production method: we pasteurize milk at the temperature not higher that 93 degrees Celsius, which allows preserving all the useful vitamins and minerals for the guaranteed 100% quality.
