  1. Kes 1 • Seorang pegawai dikenakan hukuman t/tertib tangguh pergerakan gaji selama 3 bulan kerana kesalahan; >Lewat melapor diri bertugas setelah menarik diri drp meneruskan pengajian di IPTA, X kebenaran drp JPA selaku penaja.

  2. Kes 2 • Seorang pegawai telah dikenakan tindakan tatatertib hukuman Amaran kerana kesalahan; Gagal mengemukakan LNPT seperti yang ditetapkan

  3. Kes 3 • Seorang Pegawai Perubatan ditamatkan perkhidmatan kerana kesalahan; gagal mendapat Pendaftaran penuh amalan perubatan

  4. Kes 4 • Seorang pegawai dikenakan tindakan t/tertib hukuman amaran dan lucut hak emolumen kerana kesalahan; Meminda M.C >Per.4(2)(f)&(g) X jujur dan ingkar perintah

  5. Kes 5 • Seorang pegawai dikenakan tindakan t/tertib hukuman amaran & Tangguh pergerakan gaji selama 1 thn kerana kesalahan; X melaporkan pengistiharan harta Per.4(2)(g)(i)~ X brtg/jawab dan ingkar perintah

  6. Kes 6 • Seorang pegawai dikenakan tindakan t/tertib hukuman Amaran kerana kesalahan; Berkhlawat >Per.4(2)(d)

  7. Kes 7 • Seorang pegawai dikenakan tindakan t/tertib hukuman tangguh pergerakan selama 1 thn kerana kesalahan; Menerima hadiah >Per.4(2)(c)~menggunakan kedudukan awamnya utk faedah persendiriannya

  8. Kes 8 • Seorang pegawai dikenakan tindakan t/tertib hukuman amaran dan turun pangkat kerana keslahan; >Telah diistiharkan bangkrap oleh mahkamah ~Per.10(1) >Berada dlm keterhutangan yg serius ~Per.10(1)
