Tentative start date is 21st May – 04 June 07, awaiting go ahead from NETCOM/HP. • Received approval to Build Exchange Servers and Service Accounts. • Movies and supporting documents located on both the DOIM internet home page and the IMO website • DOIM Internet: www.doim.belvoir.army.mil • IMO Website: www.imo.belvoir.army.mil(mustsubscribe to website) • Target start proposed date is EOM May 07; Target completion date EOM Sep 07 • Pre-Migration tasks checklist – Located on the IMO Website (registered IMO’s) and the DOIM Website (non-registered IMO’s) • Data call spreadsheet – Located on both Websites roger.curtis@us.army.mil, 703-704-1198

E2K3 Update (cont’d)What to do NOW • IMOs need to send in a completed Data Call checklist. • Reduce Mailbox Sizes to 100MB for Migration • Export to PST files • Identify III Tier Size Requirements for Users • 100MB, 500 MB, 1GB • Remove Encrypted Messages • Move to PST files • Validate the following for re-creation into the E2K3 Environment • Public Folders and Calendars • Distribution Lists • Custom Recipients roger.curtis@us.army.mil, 703-704-1198
