To determine consumer behaviour there are different factors like the amount of engagement they have with our brands, the interaction between the brand and the customer, and a lot more. But to make it even more clear customer engagement is the major factor to understand their involvement and connection with one brand. The level of trust that engagement builds cannot be built by anything else. Any customer purchases from a brand that they have blind trust in, especially when it is online. So to build that relationship, there are many things that a brand must do. The traditional market was able to build trust and relationships with customers easily as it was a physical meetup and people have a general tendency of believing people that they meet and see.
