供應商條形碼制作案例. 神達電腦. 案例 : 某 Buyer 給 V/C 為 50799 的 supplier 下了一張訂單 , 內容如下 : PO No: 70004899. 當 50799 的 sales 收到這張 PO 時將作以下動作 : 1. 會發現前 3 項是同一物料 , 只是到貨日期和數量不同 . 2. Review 自己的庫存 . 3. 決定是否嚴格按 PO 的到貨日期出貨. 假設經過權衡分析決定將本 PO 的 4 項料一起在 28-Oct-02 交給昆達 , 則接下來的工作是 : ( 只列出与本案例相關的工作 ).

  2. 案例: 某Buyer給V/C為50799的supplier下了一張訂單,內容如下: PO No: 70004899 3S Label Example

  3. 當50799的sales收到這張PO時將作以下動作: 1. 會發現前3項是同一物料,只是到貨日期和數量不同. 2. Review 自己的庫存. 3. 決定是否嚴格按PO的到貨日期出貨. 假設經過權衡分析決定將本PO的4項料一起在28-Oct-02交給昆達,則接下來的工作是: (只列出与本案例相關的工作) • 決定第1,2,3,4項分別裝几箱? • 需要列印几張3S Bar code label? Bar code 內容? 3S Label Example

  4. 假設628630049401和628630111710的料標准箱都是5000顆/箱,箱內最小標准包是500顆/包,則第1項有4整箱+1個半箱;第2項有2整箱+1個半箱;第3項有2整箱;第4項有1個半箱. 則本次出貨共11箱.因此需列印11張3S Label對應貼于箱子的明顯處.(注意:第1項与第2項的2個半箱雖然料號一樣,但因PO項次不同,最好不要合並放入一個箱子內. 如若放入同一個箱子內,則此箱須貼2張Label(下文Label 5 & Label 8),這樣可能造成倉庫收料時漏刷一個.) 假設50799到上次交貨后為止共出貨昆達168箱,則本次出貨的箱子序列號分別為169/170/171/172/173/174/175/176/177/178/179 則本PO的Label 如下: 注:下文內Bar code label為示意圖,其標准規格請參考神達標准文件:供應商交貨之條碼規格(http://hubweb.mic.com.tw可下載) 3S Label Example
