  1. How to Automatically Forward Messages from Gmail? Gmail lets you directly forward emails to another account. You can either choose to forward certain email or all emails as you prefer to forward it to someone. Note that when your new messages will be forwarded, the messages form spam folder won’t be included. In order to turn on automatic forwarding on your Gmail account, follow the steps given below: First, open the Gmail login page on your desktop browser and sign in to your account. 

  2. Click on the settings from the top right corner of the window. Note that you can only forward emails from a single Gmail account and not an email group. After that click on Settings and then click Forwarding and POP/IMAP option Click on Add a forwarding address in the “Forwarding” section and then enter the recipient email address in the given field. Tap Next and then click on Proceed. After clicking OK, Gmail would send a verification link to the recipient address with which you want to share your emails. Click on the verification link in the email sent to the recipient and then go back to the settings page of the Gmail. Now you need to refresh the page and then click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Now click on “Forward a copy of incoming mail to” option in the Forwarding section. Now choose to keep the email’s copy in your inbox and then click on Save Changes to apply the settings. In order to turn off automatic forwarding, you can do so by going to Gmail Settings and then click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Now click on Disable forwarding in the forwarding section and then click on Save Changes.            
