  7. Please, make sure that S/W should be installed first. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION l Please insert HAIR XP PRO CD. Then the program will be installed automatically. 2 1 4 3 6 5 If the Directx Version is installed under 8.0 version, “DirectX9b” screen will be shown as above. In this case please click “yes”

  9. HARDWARE INSTALLATION l Connect Aramo SG to computer by using USB cable or connect to TV monitor by using RCA cable like the following feature.

  10. HARDWARE INSTALLATION ll USB 2860 device USB PVR TV-Device The above steps will be proceeded consequently when Aramo SG has been connected to the computer through USB port connection. Press ‘Continue Anyway’ when the right window is pop up. 1 2 1-1. Then, the above screen will pop up. Press “Next” Button. 1-2. Installing… 3 4 1-3. Press “Continue” Button. 1-4. Installing Video Adaptor Driver.

  11. HARDWARE INSTALLATION lll 5 6 1-5. H/W Driver has been installed completely. Press “Finish” Button. USB PVR TV-Device Please, check 3 devices status on Device Manager like the above after full installation.

  12. ARAMO-SG FEATURE Please be sure to check which TV monitor you are using. ARAMO SG standard type is NTSC type, if you want to have PAL type you need to make the special order.

TRIPLE MODE IMAGES Normal 1 Polarizing Normal 2 • With Normal 1 mode you can see the oil of the scalp • With Normal 2 mode you can see the inside of your scalp, Keratin is visible at this mode. • With Polarizing mode you can see the deeper side of your scalp. These 3 images are the same area of the scalp which is captured by 3 different mode of X60 lens. Normal 1 Polarizing Normal 2

  14. HAIR DIAGNOSIS STEP

  15. View Click View button. View can be used for casual and quick inspection of client’s hair and scalp condition. Full screen, Half and Quarter function available. With pen function & color palate, the tester (counselor)mark on the photos the spots for easy explanation.

  16. Introduction Click Introduction button. Click Config button. Add image or movie files for Introduction. Especially for image files, set Delay Slide Show Time. The recommended image size for slide show is 924X649 pixels, 72 dpi or higher.

  17. Start Hair XP pro Run HairXP Pro after plugging Camera and Lock Key into PC. Launch HairXP Pro Program. Click Diagnosis button. 1X Lens Click Register Client button. Input client profile into each field at the popup screen. And then take client’s photo with X1 lens. And then click Save button to end client registration.

  18. Client Management l Mark Pre-Check up through consultation with client. Then, Click Start Diagnosis on the left. X60 Lens X200 Lens Take each appropriate pictures by using each appropriate lens according to the program. (X1 Hair Loss -> X60 Scalp -> X60 TPL Density ->X200 Pore -> X1000 Cuticle) And then click Scalp Diagnosis tab to move forward.

  19. Scalp & Hair Image Capture All pictures will be saved in this area. Please select the proper image and click on the right button of your mouse. Then you will see on small window as below. Please choose where you want to input the selected image. Keep in mind that just 4 images which are selected will be used for the diagnosis step.

  20. Hair Loss ** Whenever you do the diagnosis (in condition of the same person) all taken images will be saved at this area by the date. So you can compare them each other and you will be able to see the improvement by certain period.** 1) Examine hair loss condition by choosing the most similar hair of the right side. 2) Determine hair loss pattern and status.

  21. Scalp Diagnosis I ** Whenever you do the diagnosis (in condition of the same person) all taken images will be saved at this area by the date. So you can compare them each other and you will be able to see the improvement by certain period.** 1) Count hair numbers in the captured area. If you click one time, it mean that the number of hair in the pore is just one, if you click 2 times it means there are 2 hairs in the clicked pore. The hair number in the area will be counted. If you want to recapture the image please click on the “Recapture” button. 2) Click Compare Button to determine scalp after counting. Then, find the most similar scalp from the sample database in using dropdown button.

  23. Hair Thickness ** Whenever you do the diagnosis (in condition of the same person) all taken images will be saved at this area by the date. So you can compare them each other and you will be able to see the improvement by certain period.** • Measure the hair thickness by using mouse dragging. Please click on the end of the hair and drag the mouse until another end of the hair. • Then you will see some message which is asking you whether you want to include this value for the average value. • Measure several times to get an average value. The figure will be displayed on the right side.

  24. Hair Thickness 3) Click Compare Button to detect pore condition. Then, find the most similar case from the sample database by using dropdown button. Please choose the most similar pore condition with yours. Please be sure to select the sample or not at the result page you won’t have the proper result.

  25. Hair Cuticle (Option step) 1) Click Diagnosis Compare to detect cuticle condition. 2) Then, find the most similar case from the sample database in using dropdown button. This page is option step as X1000 lens is an option item. X1000 Lens

  26. Result Page At the Conclusion page all diagnosis result will be appeared with graphic scale & description. This can be printed out. Please click on the “Next” button for the product recommendation.

  27. Product Recommendation Care Advice and Product Recommendation will be shown as this window. For adding the image please see the instruction as below. Add Folder : Create New Folder (Category) Add : Add Image file to show as an product recommendation or care advice Delete : Delete Folder or File Rename : Rename Folder or File Advice session is editable by using the left Config button. The recommended image size for product catalogue is 605X525 pixels, 72 dpi or higher.

  28. Client management ll All diagnosis result will be accumulated here. Brief Result Data will be shown in the Client Profile Page (Diagnosis Homepage). In this session, previous diagnosis result can be shown. Also, the comparison is available.

  29. Client management lll Please select two result and click on “Compare” button. Then you will see this window as below. This function can be used to see the improvement of the client’s statement.

  30. Image Management Click Image Management button. Then, diagnosis images are recorded here. New images of client’s can be recorded by using Add button. Capture client’s image with appropriate scope lens. Then, choose appropriate category to save. Also, commentary can be recorded too. Choose 2 images to compare by using mouse dragging. To compare images located separately, use mouse dragging while pressing CTRL key in the key board. Then, click Compare Button.

  31. Reservation Reservation Scheduling is available by clicking Reservation Button on Main page or Diagnosis Homepage. Search Button shows existing clients list registered in Diagnosis Session. Select the Client from this list. Or register the client newly by typing name in the Client Name Field.

Reservation Date & Time : The date and Time scheduled for the service 2. 4 weeks / 8 weeks / 12 weeks : If one of this has been checked, automatically the service schedule would be registered every week (the same date / same time) for 4 weeks or 8 weeks or 12 weeks. 3.   34. ARAMO-SG FAQ The UV Lamp is not working!! Inside of Main camera there is magnet for recognize whether the camera is laid or not. Hence if you don’t pause the camera the UV light would not be turned on. If you want to check whether the UV lamp is working well please cross the camera like the photo 1 as below. You will see the lamp is turned on. If you hold the camera the lamp will be turn off automatically like photo 2. UV lamp for sterilization Photo 1 Photo 2
