  2. The city of architectural marvel and known as the 'pink city of India', Jaipur is the place of any tourist's delight. It is an abode of magnificent man made grandeur, which can be seen in its grandiose forts, palaces and royal buildings. Marvellous Jaipur is the capital city of vibrant Rajasthan which is also known for its colourful festivals, rich culture, delectable cuisine and handicrafts. • Jaipur is called the 'Pink City' because the entire city was painted in pink (a colour associated with hospitality) to welcome the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VII) in 1876 and since then this tradition has been maintained. The royal city Jaipur is the first planned city of India which was founded by the the ruler of Amber Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II. It is a part of the famous golden triangle tour.

  3. Hawa Mahal It is otherwise called the 'Royal residence of Winds' or 'Castle of the Breeze' and is considered one of the most great and amazing bits of work by the Rajput rulers. This is the preeminent case of design gloriousness, which says a lot about the magnificence of illustrious Rajputanas. The castle is five celebrated structure and is formed like a pyramid. The whole structure is comprised of 953 little casements, each designed delightfully with cross section work. The structure additionally has little galleries and angled rooftops with hanging cornices.

Amber Fort The charming fascination of this stronghold lies in its white marble and red sandstone cutting, mind boggling embellishments on dividers and roof, stunning works of art of chasing scenes on dividers and amalgamated style of the Hindu and the Islamic engineering. The best fascination of this fortification is an elephant ride which takes you to the stronghold.

  5. Jal Mahal It is a fusion of Mughal and Rajput style of architecture. Entry inside the Palace is prohibited but view from the bank side is very beautiful at the time of sunset and sunrise. It is located in the center of Man Sagar Lake which make it a unique place inside the lake. Covered with the Aravalli mountains from all the three sides makes it a beautiful destination and various type of flora and fauna can be easily seen here. Earlier, there were boats which were used to enter inside the palace but now it is closed to view from inside.
