  3. Sing Listen Vocal/General MusicKaren Sirian Grade 1 – Listening, Singing, Moving, and Playing; Beginning to read and write music. Grade 2 – Extend their music vocabulary, pitch range, and rhythm patterns. Grade 3 – Perform for the first time on stage - November 20. Recorders in the spring Grade 4 – Recorders continued. Honors chorus Grade 5 – Drums and other World Music instruments. Honors Chorus. Honors Concert May 7 Move Play

  5. Physical Education • Dress for Success • Tennis shoes • Shorts or pants • If wearing a skirt, have shorts underneath • Appropriate for the weather • No jewelry • Long hair tied back

Physical Education • Medical Concerns • Please send a note to the P.E. teacher for minor concerns. • For more serious concerns requiring the student to be excused for more than one week, a doctor’s note is needed. • When released from physician’s care, send a note of release to the school nurse and P.E. teacher.

  7. APE is aservice provided to students who qualifybased on specific physical needsand/or deficiencies to ensure that they can be as successful in Physical Education as their non-disabled peers. Adapted Physical Education Tori Pickett
