Tea 7) Shake ~1min 6) Add *Q-salt mixture 8) Centrifuge 5) Shake ~1min 9) D-SPE with PSA & CaCl2 • Weigh 2g of sample homogenate • Add 10mL H2O • Add 10mL AcN • Add ISTD (eg TPP/PCB138/Nicarbazin) • 10µL /mL extract • Shake ~1min (vigorously) • Add QuEChERS salt mixture*, shake immediately • Shake ~1min (vigorously) • 8) Centrifuge ~2min @ rpm 3000) • • (Take aliquote for the determination of acidic analytes) • 9) D-SPE cleanup (shake vigorously 60sec) with • • PSA 50mg /mL extract • •CaCl250mg /mL extract • Centrifuge ~1min @ rpm 3000 • Take exact aliquote e.g. 4mL • 12) Adjust pH value with formic acid 5% • 10µL /mL extract in AcN • 13) Fill ito GC-vials for GC/LC analysis 4) Add ISTD 10) Centrifuge 3) Add 10 mL AcN 11) Take exact aliquot e.g. 4mL 2) Add 10 mL H2O 12) Adjust pH value with formic acid solution 1) Weigh 2g of sample homogenate Mix homogeneously (if necessary) http://www.cvua-stuttgart.de *MgSO4 4g NaCl 1g Na2Citrat Sequihydrat 0.5g Na3Citrat Dihydrat 1g
