  6. 三、慎用惩戒 • 中国青少年研究中心副主任孙云晓說：没有惩戒的教育是不完整的教育，是虚弱的教育，脆弱的教育，不负责任的教育。 • 惩戒是一种刚性教育行为，含有罚的因素，会给学生带来心理压力。

  7. 惩戒应遵循的规则: （一）惩戒一定要合理合法 （二）惩戒要充满爱心 （三）惩戒要根据个性特点，因人而异.
