Overview of ETID Access and Profile Management for Customers

  3. Accessing the DLA Enterprise External Business Portal • Go to the DLA Enterprise External Business Portal at https://business.dla.mil • Click on “Registered Users Login Here”

  4. ETID is now accessed through the BSM portal link:

  5. SELECT “Disposition Services”

  6. SELECT “ETID”

  7. When you access ETID the first time, you will need to register Click here depending on your situation

  8. If you are a former user of ETID, provide your old username and email Previous account information and history will transfer to your new account

  9. New users New users need to complete an ETID profile before using ETID and the account must be activated.

  10. Customer Home Page - Update My Profile This is the ETID Customer Home Page. Customers can update their profile. First time customers should verify that their profile is complete.

  11. Customers must enter both their DoDAAC and a DS Site DoDAAC in their profile. Profiles can be updated anytime. To turn in hazardous property, answer “Yes” to the Certified for Hazardous Turn-in question. Click Save at bottom when finished. If ETID will be used for hazardous answer YES
