The step by step procedure • Discussions with the beneficiary to set the basic needs • The obligations of the beneficiary regarding information and publicityare included in all the administrative papers (fact sheets) circulating between the MA and the beneficiary • Seminars for beneficiary employees responsible for implementing the project • Seminars also covered: • Presentation of EC 1159/2000 • The MA guidetoinformation & publicity • Publicity practices EC1159/2000 an.6.4 EC1159/2000 an.6.6

  9. Beneficiary Information Campaign On a national basis, promoting the advantages of the project. Including: • Seminars for SMEs • Press ads • Radio spots • Internet campaign • Promotional material, cds

  10. We ensured: • Coordination between managing authority & beneficiary • Maximizing reach to final beneficiaries (SMEs) • Wide distribution of serving points (approximately 1900 around Greece) • Investor friendly (one-stop shop)
