Drinking from the Water of Life1I want you to know, brothers,that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea, 1ดูก่อนพี่น้องทั้งหลายข้าพเจ้าอยากให้ท่านทั้งหลายเข้าใจว่าบรรพบุรุษของเราทั้งสิ้นได้อยู่ใต้เมฆและได้ผ่านทะเลไปทุกคน
2and all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, 2ได้รับบัพติศมาในเมฆและในทะเลเข้าสนิทกับโมเสสทุกคน
3and all ate the same spiritual food, 3และได้รับประทานอาหารทิพย์ทุกคน

John ยอห์น 4:7-14 7There came a woman of Samaria to draw water. Jesus said to her, “Give me a drink.” 7มีหญิงชาวสะมาเรียคนหนึ่งมาตักน้ำพระเยซูตรัสกับนางว่า “ขอน้ำให้เราดื่มบ้าง”
8(For his disciples had gone away into the city to buy food.) 8ขณะนั้นสาวกของพระองค์เข้าไปซื้ออาหารในเมือง
9The Samaritan woman said to him, “How is it that you, a Jew, ask for a drink from me, a woman of Samaria?” (For Jews have no dealings with Samaritans.) 9หญิงชาวสะมาเรียทูลพระองค์ว่า “ไฉนท่านผู้เป็นยิวจึงขอน้ำดื่มจากดิฉันผู้เป็นหญิงชาวสะมาเรีย” (เพราะพวกยิวไม่คบหาชาวสะมาเรียเลย)
10Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”
10พระเยซูตรัสตอบนางว่า “ถ้าเจ้าได้รู้จักของที่พระเจ้าประทานและรู้จักผู้ที่พูดกับเจ้าว่า 'ขอน้ำให้เราดื่มบ้าง' เจ้าก็คงจะได้ขอจากท่านผู้นั้นและท่านผู้นั้นก็คงจะให้น้ำธำรงชีวิตแก่เจ้า”
11The woman said to him, “Sir, you have nothing to draw water with, and the well is deep. Where do you get that living water? 11นางทูลพระองค์ว่า “ท่านเจ้าคะท่านไม่มีถังตักและบ่อนี้ก็ลึกท่านจะได้น้ำธำรงชีวิตนั้นมาจากไหน
12 Are you greater than our father Jacob? He gave us the well and drank from it himself, as did his sons and his livestock.” 12ท่านเป็นใหญ่กว่ายาโคบบรรพบุรุษของเราผู้ได้ให้บ่อน้ำนี้แก่เราหรือและยาโคบเองก็ได้ดื่มจากบ่อนี้รวมทั้งบุตรและฝูงสัตว์ของท่านด้วย”
13Jesus said to her, “Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again, 13พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “ทุกคนที่ดื่มน้ำนี้จะกระหายอีก
14but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty forever. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” 14แต่ผู้ที่ดื่มน้ำซึ่งเราจะให้แก่เขานั้นจะไม่กระหายอีกเลยน้ำซึ่งเราจะให้เขานั้นจะบังเกิดเป็นบ่อน้ำพุในตัวเขาพลุ่งขึ้นถึงชีวิตนิรันดร์”
Revelation วิวรณ์ 21:6 And he said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment.
พระองค์ตรัสกับข้าพเจ้าว่า “สำเร็จแล้ว เราเป็นอัลฟาและโอเมกา เป็นปฐมและอวสาน ผู้ใดกระหาย เราจะให้ผู้นั้นดื่มจากบ่อน้ำพุแห่งชีวิตโดยไม่ต้องเสียอะไรเลย
Revelation วิวรณ์ 22:17 The Spirit and the Bride say, “Come.” And let the one who hears say, “Come.” And let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.
พระวิญญาณและเจ้าสาวตรัสว่า “เชิญมาเถิด” และให้ผู้ที่ได้ยินคำกล่าวว่า “เชิญมาเถิด” และให้ผู้ที่กระหายเข้ามา ผู้ใดมีใจปรารถนา ก็ให้ผู้นั้นมารับน้ำแห่งชีวิต โดยไม่ต้องเสียอะไรเลย
5Nevertheless, with most of them God was not pleased, for they were overthrown in the wilderness. 5แต่ถึงกระนั้นก็ดีมีคนส่วนมากในพวกนั้นที่พระเจ้าไม่ทรงพอพระทัยเราทราบได้ก็เพราะว่าเขาล้มตายกันเกลื่อนกลาดในถิ่นทุรกันดาร
6Now these things took place as examples for us, that we might not desire evil as they did. 6เหตุการณ์เหล่านี้เป็นเครื่องเตือนใจพวกเราไม่ให้เรามีใจโลภปรารถนาสิ่งที่ชั่วเหมือนเขาเหล่านั้น

Don’t be an idolater or sexually immoral like some of them were
7Do not be idolaters as some of them were; as it is written, “The people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play.” 7ท่านทั้งหลายอย่านับถือรูปเคารพเหมือนอย่างที่บางคนในพวกเขาได้กระทำตามที่มีเขียนไว้ในพระคัมภีร์ว่าประชาชนก็นั่งลงกินและดื่มแล้วก็ลุกขึ้นเล่นสนุกสนาน
8We must not indulge in sexual immorality as some of them did, and twenty-three thousand fell in a single day. 8อย่าให้เราคบหญิงชั่วเหมือนอย่างที่บางคนในพวกเขาได้กระทำแล้วก็ล้มลงตายในวันเดียวสองหมื่นสามพันคน

As for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.”
1เมื่อประชาชนเห็นโมเสสล่าช้าอยู่ ไม่ลงมาจากภูเขาจึงได้พากันมาหาอาโรนเรียนว่า “ลุกขึ้นขอท่านสร้างพระให้แก่พวกข้าพเจ้าซึ่งจะนำพวกข้าพเจ้าไปด้วยว่าโมเสสคนนี้ที่ได้นำ ข้าพเจ้าออกมาจากประเทศอียิปต์เป็นอะไรไปเสียแล้วข้าพเจ้าไม่ทราบ”
2So Aaron said to them, “Take off the rings of gold that are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.” 2ฝ่ายอาโรนได้กล่าวแก่เขาว่า “จงปลดตุ้มหูทองคำออกจากหูภรรยาและหูบุตรชายหญิงของเจ้าทั้งหลายแล้วนำมาให้เราเถิด”
3So all the people took off the rings of gold that were in their ears and brought them to Aaron. 3ประชาชนทั้งปวงจึงได้ปลดตุ้มหูทองคำจากหูของ ตนมามอบให้กับอาโรน
4And he received the gold from their hand and fashioned it with a graving tool and made a golden* calf. And they said, “These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!”
4เมื่ออาโรนได้รับทองคำจากมือเขาแล้วจึงใช้เครื่องมือสลักหล่อรูปเป็นโคหนุ่มแล้วเขาทั้งหลายประกาศว่า “โออิสราเอลสิ่งเหล่านี้แหละเป็นพระของเจ้าซึ่งนำเจ้าออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์”
5When Aaron saw this, he built an altar before it. And Aaron made proclamation and said, “Tomorrow shall be a feast to the LORD.” 5เมื่ออาโรนได้ยินดังนั้นแล้วจึงสร้างแท่นบูชาไว้ตรงหน้ารูปโคหนุ่มนั้นแล้วอาโรนประกาศว่า “พรุ่งนี้จะเป็นวันเทศกาลเลี้ยงถวายพระเจ้า”
6And they rose up early the next day and offered burnt offerings and brought peace offerings. And the people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play. 6ครั้นรุ่งขึ้นเขาก็ตื่นขึ้นแต่เช้ามืดถวายเครื่องเผาบูชาและนำเครื่องศานติบูชามาประชาชนก็นั่งลงกินและดื่มแล้วก็ลุกขึ้นเล่นสนุก กัน
7And the LORD said to Moses, “Go down, for your people, whom you brought up out of the land of Egypt, have corrupted themselves. 7ฝ่ายพระเจ้าตรัสกับโมเสสว่า “เจ้าจงลงไปเถิดด้วยว่าชนชาติของเจ้าซึ่งเจ้าได้นำออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์นั้นได้ทำความเสื่อมเสียมากแล้ว
8They have turned aside quickly out of the way that I commanded them. They have made for themselves a golden calf and have worshiped it and sacrificed to it and said, ‘These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!’”
8เขาได้หันเหออกจากทางซึ่งเราสั่งเขาไว้อย่างรวดเร็วคือหล่อรูปโคขึ้นรูปหนึ่งสำหรับตนและกราบไหว้รูปนั้น และถวายสัตวบูชาแก่รูปนั้นและกล่าวว่า 'โออิสราเอลสิ่งเหล่านี้แหละเป็นพระของเจ้าซึ่งนำเจ้าออกจากแผ่นดินอียิปต์' ”
9And the LORD said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and behold, it is a stiff-necked people. 9แล้วพระเจ้าตรัสกับโมเสสว่า “เราเห็นประชากรนี้แล้วนี่แหละเขาเป็นชนชาติหัวแข็ง
10Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them, in order that I may make a great nation of you.” 10เหตุฉะนี้เจ้าจงปล่อยเขาตามลำพังเพื่อความพิโรธของเราจะเดือดพลุ่งขึ้นต่อเขาและเพื่อเราจะผลาญทำลายเขาเสียส่วนเจ้า เราจะให้เป็นประชาชาติใหญ่”
Numbers กันดารวิถี 25:1-9 1While Israel lived in Shittim, the people began to whore with the daughters of Moab. 1เมื่ออิสราเอลพักอยู่ในเมืองชิทธีมประชาชนก็ได้เริ่มเล่นชู้กับหญิงชาวโมอับ
2These invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. 2หญิงเหล่านี้ก็เชิญประชาชนให้ไปกระทำบูชาต่อพระของนางประชาชนก็รับประทานและกราบไหว้พระของนาง
3So Israel yoked himself to Baal of Peor. And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel. 3ดังนั้นอิสราเอล ก็เข้าถือพระบาอัลแห่งเปโอร์และพระเจ้าทรงพระพิโรธต่ออิสราเอล
4And the LORD said to Moses, “Take all the chiefs of the people and hang them in the sun before the LORD, that the fierce anger of the LORD may turn away from Israel.”
