  4. Team Expectations Attending Weights and Speed&Sky Prepared to practice inside or out Have full uniform to play in a game Mile time =< 11 min to play Varsity Represent NC well. The AD and Coaching Staff have the right to remove a player from the team Ride bus to away games Parent note/email approved by AD to ride home with a parent after a game

  5. Attendance Miss the practice before a game: Without letting Coach Suzi know, you will not be eligible for that game. If you have told Coach Suzi ahead of time, you might play in the game, but will not start. “Ahead of time” means: In person before the day of practice By email or phone before 5pm the day of practice Facebook or asking another player to let a coach know is not sufficient.

  6. On Time Late to practice - run two laps Late to practice without telling a coach ahead of time – whole team runs Late to be picked up by more than 15 minutes – whole team runs for each extra minute
