Students with dyslexia at college/university have certain rights HOWEVER • in most cases they are not applied due to any general policy or legislation, but depend on teacher’s discretion (13-69% of the countries) • they are applied quite rarely in college (13-31%) or state (6-25%) exams • they do not apply to possibility of releasing a dyslexic student from learning the second obligatory language (it is possible only in 2 countries and even there – not always)
