IN - ROOF - SPEEDMOUNTINGSYSTEM ISMS Requirements for an in-roof-system • Simple and self-explanatory, few parts • Suitable to all craftsmen (Carpenter, Electrician, Roofer, Plumber) • Fast and tool-free installation • Exchange of modules any time out of the middle of the PV-field • Top-down installation • Nice design • No dirt rim • High flexibility, e.g. combination with clear glass • Roof tightness without any other measures • Statical safe, e.g. wind and snow loads • Protection against fire • Any kind of combination with other roof coverings possible

Top clamp profile 500-1000 Module Roof batton 4x8cm Bottom clamp profile ISMS THE INSTALLATION Fast and tool free The clamp profiles will be bolt with the roof battons as shown in the following picture. The correct adjustment of the first top row is modt important. After this the following rows can be installed easily by using a moulding tool. The distance between the rows is equal to the width of the modules which are to be installed. Important is that the clamp profiles are parallel to each other. Between the clamp profiles is always a distance of the width of the cross pieces. After the installation of the clamp profiles the PV-modules can be inserted withot tools just by pushing them from the bottom towards the top in the upper gap and let them slip in the bottom hooks.
