Diagnosis and Management of Brain Lesions in a Young Woman with Chronic Granulomatous Disease

A 26-year-old woman with chronic granulomatous disease (CGD) presented with a long-standing history of brain lesions that were poorly diagnosed. She experienced left hemi-sensory loss, prompting an MRI scan, which revealed multiple areas of contrast enhancement, notably in the central corpus callosum, left medulla, and in the right posterior temporal and anterior occipital regions. This case underscores the need for thorough evaluation and management of neurological symptoms in patients with immune deficiencies.
