Weekly Report: Team Alignment and Initial System Progress

In Week 4, Silvino Barreiros and the team focused on bootstrapping research and coding. Initial results show positive outcomes with various testing scenarios. Moving forward, the emphasis is on lowering False Alarm Rates and maintaining Detection Probability.
