  2. 电教部前两周工作总结 • 更换了南、北校区教学楼亮度不足的投影机灯泡； • 对新购置设备进行资产登记。

  3. 技术服务部前两周工作总结 • 与网络中心配合，将教师周转房的网络基本调试完毕，并开始计费； • 搬宿舍学生更改帐户信息工作基本完成； • 学生宿舍网用户开户，续费； • 办公网络与学生用户网络的维护； • 日常的入网账号、VPN、FTP账号的办理工作。

  4. 电教部下两周工作计划 • 1. 电教部日常工作； • 2. 检查各个教室内的多媒体设备； • 3. 维修损坏的多媒体设备； • 4. 新购置设备的资产登记工作； • 5. 发票报销工作。

  5. 技术服务部下两周工作计划 • 1. 日常的校园网络维护； • 2. 日常的入网账号、VPN、FTP账号的办理工作； • 3. 十一期间安排值班； • 4. 招聘学生管理员，并对其进行基本的培训工作； • 5. 南校区教师周转房用户计费后的问题；

  6. 存在的问题 • 由于2007级新生开课，周一、周三上午北校区值班室人员不足； • 新入网用户问题很多，不容易维护。
