  1. HISTOPATHOLOGICAL RESEARCH • Method: 12 month-old female Mice were continuously dosed with Menoprogen for 3 months. • Evaluation of the effects on: 1. Pituitary Body 2. Ovarian Tissue 3. Uterus Tissue

  2. Pituitary Body Of An Elder Female Mouse The quantity of the acido and baso phil cells were rarely seen.

  3. Effect of Menoprogen On Pituitary Body In the treated mouse with NWC, the quantity of acido and baso phil cells increased greatly, the capillaries enriched in the pituitary

  4. Ovarian Tissue of A Younger Female Mouse The quantity of follicular and follicular cell layers were abundant. Both the primitive ovum and ovocyte showed a healthy morphodifferentiation in the follicular.

  5. Ovarian Tissue Of An Elder Female Mouse The quantity of follicular and follicular cell layers decreased. Both the primitive ovum and ovocyte showed a worse morphodifferentiation than those in a younger mouse.

  6. Effect Of Menoprogen On Ovarian Tissue In the ovary of the treated mouse with NWC, the quantity of follicular and follicular cell layers all increased greatly. Both the primitive ovum and ovocyte showed better morphodifferentiation than before in the follicular.

  7. Effect Of Menoprogen On Ovarian Tissue In the ovary of the treated mouse with menoprogen, follicular cells developed nicely, and their cavities extended slightly.

  8. Effect Of Menoprogen On Ovarian Tissue In the ovary of the treated mouse with Menoprogen, the quantity and volume of luteum increased significantly.
