I will explore the following design considerations: • Audience • Relevant characteristics of the intended learners • Instructional Strategies • What will learner learn? • Reference to subject matter and curriculum standards • Pedagogy • Instructional strategies and learner interaction • Active Response • Demonstration of learner understanding • Feedback • Provided to the learner for their actions taken

  3. Audience • Adults • Information technology background • Range of areas of expertise • Web design • Network administration • Software applications • May be unfamiliar with • LCC network • Blackboard
