  2. CURRY PASTE   Curry paste is essential to make Thai Curries. It forms the base of the dish, and then other ingredients are added to it as per the order.  

  3. RESTAURANT CURRY  Indian and Asian restaurants, particularly Thai restaurants in Hong Kong, often use MSG in their curried dishes. Contact the restaurant ahead of time and ask the manager if their chefs use MSG.
