  1. QPrep QPrep Automation Workstation provides an integrated solution for liquid handling systems, sample laboratory dilutions, liquid transfers, and other dilutions for the laboratory. This system is designed in such a way that it can handle reagent delivery for a large number of sample in multiple configurations. Automation to handle hazardous and expensive chemicals increases the profit of safety in the laboratory. QPrep is generally controlled by PC and the software to manage the QPrep is user-friendly and can be customized as per the need. The software has unique applications and standards. QPrep ​is used to handle spikes of sample with internal standards, prepares QC standards and calibration, and conducts serial dilutions with aliquot transfers. It provides precise and consistent addition of reagents. The QPrep provides 0.02 ml of accuracy in handling various reagents and the syringe capacity ranges from 5 ml to 25 ml. the regent flow rate is from 0.5 to 2 ml/sec for peristaltic pump.   2. flow of the syringe pump speeds the dispensing with proper accuracy. QPrep is capable to handle HF solutions. IT contains a PTFE coated graphite probe for accurate handling of the vial and easy cleaning. This product can accept multiple types and sizes of the racks at the same time. The combination of syringe pump and peristaltic pump enhances more flexibility, accuracy and speed. The user-specified methodology is driven through the integrated PC software. QPrep ​can accommodate 6 standard auto sampler racks with an option of customized rack to hold the QC standards. It is configured to accommodate a wide range of ranks and also go the option of HEPA filter enclosure. Contains a mobile stand that supports ​QPrep​, reagent bottle and PC. Automated Sample preparation is performed with the help of analytical procedures. The modular design of the QPrep allows you to optimize storage, transport space, and device integration.
