QBlock QBlock ​is quite apt and works as a tailor made machine for many US EPA methods including 200.2, 200.7, 200.8, 245.1, 3050A, 3050B and SW 846 (7470A, 7471B), pre and post microwave digestion treatment. The most advantageous part of them is that they can be converted to the Vulcan automated digestion system. QBlock Series (Digestion Block for Acid Digestion) With the ​QBlock ​series digestion system the user will have a wide range of options in the customization area. And also when it comes to the amount of volume and capacity that the machine has to accommodate there is a huge flexibility that the user can avail. The results that are obtained are 100 percent contamination free as the PTEF coated graphite block keep things tight and enclosed. Since the electronics is located to the outer surface of the fume hood and away from the acidic environment the durability of the system is quite high. The advantages that you will have with them: They use the assistance of the heating block to accomplish the acid digestion. They can accommodate a different range of heating capacity like 180°C, 230°C or 400°C. They are PTFE coated graphite block and can last longer than the other systems. A set of different vials can be used like 15, 25, 50 or 100 ml. The further more advantageous thing is that they have the ability to auto reagent delivery and temperature control. They can be customized according to the user needs.
