  3. Step 2 • Materials • Spiral Notebook or Loose-leaf binder • Periodization packets • Cornell notes • Wood Book • Must know dates, World regions list

  4. Periodization • Take one period of time • Find “The Big Picture” page from Wood book • page 25 for Foundations • Summarize each Theme like we did in class • List each Theme and see what you remember from that time period • Then go back to notes

  7. Periodization • See where the Must Know dates fit. • See where important vocabulary fit. • Make notes or visuals to help you such as a timeline or historical metaphor.

  8. Study the Essay formats • DBQ • Change over time • Comparative

  9. Study World regions and cities • Know where they are on a map • Memorize them so that you can visualize them.

  10. Actually • You should do this for the current Period as well as review. • Any questions you can then bring to class
