  1. HISTORIA CLINICA • •Tony, macho, 7 años, entero. • •Historia: presenta un tumor de piel subcutáneo a nivel interescapular desde hace 02 meses aprox. Presenta también vómitos con restos de sangre entera/digerida y a su vez melena desde hace 2 días. Ha vomitado aproximadamente 3 veces por día. Esta muy decaído e inapetente desde hace aprox 7 días. Toma agua. No AINES, ultima vacuna hace 6 meses.

  2. EXAMEN FISICO • Tumor subcutáneo a nivel interescapular,movil de aproximadamente 10cm. Peso(45kg),Mucosas(Normales),FC(140),FR(45),T(38.70),TLLC(<2seg),Ganglios linfáticos poplíteos ambos aumentados de tamaño, el resto normal. Leve dolor al palpar el abdomen craneal. Palpación rectal melena.

  5. Esofagogastroduodenoscopia • Esófago: luz y mucosa normal, Estomago: ulcera a nivel del fondo gástrico, lago mucoso con restos hemáticos y bilis. Duodeno: luz y mucosa normal
