  1. Split rule in our team • Match UP: • New Licensed: Direct QMD or Trainers Give 3 Free Cases (80/20 Split) or $500 for the new fully licensed teammates who has done 10 field trainings, if 3 trainers, each trainer give 1 free case (choose cases within 3 months, after 3 months, first three cases). • Licensed: Refer Agent/Write Agent: 40/60

  2. Split rule in our team (Con.) • Between sideline’s help: 50/50 • If sideline help talked recruit or case. No matter what time closed, split with sideline. (example: A helps B’s team recruited C. When C’s case closed, no matter who closed this case, split with A) ****sideline take the first priority***

  3. Split Rule in Our team(Same QMD team) • If in same QMD team, who closed the case, split with the one who referral the case. (example: if A ask B for help first, but B didn’t close the case, later on A ask C, C didn’t close the case also, Finally D closed the case, D split with A) • If A doesn’t have license, who closed this case split with A’s upline until QMD level. ****Referral take the first priority****

  4. Split rule in our team (Con.) • No matter Sideline or in same team, who help recruited, the new recruit's case no matter what time closed, split with recruiter. ****Recruiter take first priority***

Split rule in our team (Con.) • A is Referral Agent, B is write agent • A referral a client, B closed split with A, if the client’s referral another client, B closed split with A, if client’s client referral another client to B, B no need split with A, if B help to recruit, the recruit go for A, no matter how many referral ***Referral agent take first priority for recruit; Write agent take credit for client’s client referral case***

  6. Cost share • If plug in the office, rent office, etc. direct MD share with licensed team mates half. All the License or fully licensed team mates share another half (plug in or rent office, please get approve with your direct MD & QMD first) • If need rent place for BPM, like Library, study room etc. all the licensed teammates who attend the seminar share the cost. • Who host the BPM, first joined cold market comer go for the one who host the BPM. For rest of them assigned by team leader.

  7. For the Guests • If both teammates know 1 guest, who invite to our BPM, who has the priority to recruit and sale. If after 60 days, still can not recruit and sale, the others can do follow up. --Example

  8. For Old Policy • If add to current policy, the original write agent get the commission (base on WFG rule) • If change to the new policy, they new write/service agent get the commission • If the Original write agent help, they new write/service agent split with the Original agent

  9. For sideline help • QMD decide to ask sideline’s help • If National referral: • QMD talk with sideline’s QMD for national referral

  10. Office Rule • MC and Trainers 30 minutes early for office training. • All business associates, 15 minutes early for prepare. ($5 contribution to office funding if late)

  11. Office Rule (Con.) • Dress Code: Business Formal (suit & tie) required for all Associates (Level 10) and above. (First-time violators will get warning; and the second time violators will not be allowed to enter office except back to change).

  12. Office Rule Con. • No food in training room and conference room. •  Silence cell phones during the training. ($5 contribution to Everest event funding if violate) •  Everest Office embraces positive, disciplined, cooperative and united team environment.
