Justin Bieber • 17 year old Canadian born singer that made • it big by first becoming an internet sensation • signed by Island Def Jam Recordings in October 2008 • Has released 3 albums; My World, My World 2.0 and Under the Mistletoe • Released a film, Justin Bieber: Never Say Never  grossed over $30 million • “My World” tour kicked off in June 2010 with 130 shows • Sold out every venue on his international tour except for 6 shows • Best Male Video 2011 at the MTV music awards and Top Social Artist at the 2011 Billboard music awards.

Under the Mistletoe • Released November 1, 2011 • Sold 210,000 copies in the first week • Charted number 1 on the Billboards’ Christmas chart, Canadian albums chart and the Billboards’ top 200 chart • The first male artist to ever have a holiday CD debut number 1 on the Billboards 200 chart. • The CD is Bieber’s 3rd number 1 album, making him the first solo-artist to ever reach that achievement before turning 18 years old. • Premiered the music video on NBC’s The Today Show and did a special live performance. Also seen on the Jay Leno show to promote his album • Due to his overwhelming appearance in the media and success of his debut Christmas CD, a one night only holiday concert in New York City will be sure to sell out.

Madison Square Garden • Bieber’s show in Madison Square Garden in New York City on August 31,2010 sold 100% of the 14,529 tickets in 22 minutes and had a gross revenue of $778,946, according to Billboard. • Bieber shot scenes from his movie during his 2010 show at Madison Square Garden • Done a lot of press in New York City for the Under The Mistletoe CD • Bieber has proved to sell out 100% of concert tickets in the tri-state area • On his “My World” tour he sold out Newark, New Jersey; Syracuse, New York and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Madison Square Garden is a perfect central location where people in the cities above would be able to travel for the night to see the tour.

THE SPLIT • The artist is guaranteed $800,000 also with an 85/15 split with artist getting the 85% of the remaining revenue. • After all the expenses were totaled there was $1,351,229.90 left for the artist buyer split. • Justin Bieber gets $1,148,545.42 plus the initial $800,000 = $1,948,545.42 • The venue gets 15% which is $202,684.49
