PLEASE ADD A PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH • COMPLETE THE PLAYERS NAME • REGISTRATION NUMBER (previous players)INCLUDING THE PREFIX ‘A’ ‘B’ OR ‘C’ • STICK GREY STICKER ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE • COMPLETE CLUB NAME & AGE GROUP • NEW PLAYERS REQUIRE A FORM OF IDBirth Certificate, Medical Card, etc • Try to avoid PASSPORTS during the summer as the players often require them for holidays.

  4. Present a TRANSFER FORM to the opposition manager. • The players current club are entitled to 7 DAYS NOTICE to sign/approve this form if they so wish. • If the club has any objection they must inform the League in writing within the 7 day period. • The ONLY reason to deny a transfer is if the player owes CLUB KIT. • If your club wishes to retrieve unpaid money, then you should do so via the Small Claims Court.

  5. A club is required to serve any other SUNDAY CLUB with 7 days notice (this does not apply if a Saturday club wish to approach your player). • If you feel a club has breached this, then you must contact your COUNTY FA, this is not a matter for the CWYFL to deal with. • If proved the COUNTY FA, will censor & warn the offenders, and place on record.

  6. REMEMBER YOU MUST HAVE 9 PLAYERS REGISTERED BY THE ABOVE DATE (9-A-Side) • 9 PLAYERS – 9 v 9 • Additional registrations/transfers can be completed before and during the season until 14TH MARCH 2015 • Please note any registrations over 16 players is £5 per player and a transfer is £5 per player. • MAXIMUM SQUAD SIZE IS 16 • De-Register to Register new

  7. Season will start on Sunday 7th September • The League Fixture Season will finish on Sunday April 26thapart from Cup games, or postponed games from April’s fixtures. Double Headers will be implemented if mid-week games are required • No Fixtures 28th Dec or 04th Jan • There will also be no fixtures on Easter Sunday April 05th

  8. You are allowed 2 per season. • These should be used to cancel a FIXTURE DATE you can’t play on • Fixtures will only be posted AFTER the 21-Day period has expired. • DON’T WAIT until you see a fixture to submit a 21 day notice, as you will be out of time.

  9. Please supply to your divisional secretary before the season starts. • Kick Off time should be your STANDARD REGULAR time. • If you wish to change your VENUE or KICK OFF TIME for any particular week you are required to give your Divisional Secretary 8DAYS notice. • Please make your secretary aware of any Ground share arrangements you have in place so we can arrange the fixtures accordingly.

  10. All fixtures should be confirmed by the HOME side to both the AWAY SIDE and the REFEREE before WEDNESDAY 9.30PM • If the AWAY SIDE do not receive confirmation, please attempt to make contact with the HOME side and inform your divisional secretary.

  11. Please report your resultsbefore 18:00 hourson theday of any given fixture. • This is a requirement for the HOME side. • Away team can report if results are missing on the website.

  12. SMS RESULTS • Free to receive the text, no charge • Cost is the cost of a normal text message • If you get free text messages then this will be included in your free allowance • This is not a premium service, and is paid for by the FA as part of your affiliation fee • Reduced fines by 95% in age groups using this system in 2011/12 season.

  14. REPLY - SCORES • Please do not add any TEXT or extra numbers • The reply should read 2-0

  15. REPLY – CUP SCORES • If the game goes to extra time or penaltiesThe reply should read 2-2 3-3 AET 7-6 pens NOTE – SPACES BETWEEN EACH SCORE & TEXT UPPER or lower case acceptable.

  16. REPLY - POSTPONED • The reply should read P-P UPPER or lower case acceptable.

  17. LIVE RESULTS • RESULTS WILL NOW BE LIVE ON THE WEBSITE • THE TABLES WILL ALSO BE UPDATED AUTOMATICALLY

  18. Please post these to ARRIVE on/before the THURSDAY following the fixture. • HOME side responsible for posting BOTH match sheets (home & away). • Don’t use Large A4 envelopes, these cost 90p to post! (Insufficientpostage is £1.40+£5.00 surcharge. • Use 1st Class post wherever possible.

OPEN CUP – All teams • LEAGUE CUP – Premier & Division 1 • LEAGUE TROPHY – Division 2, 3 and Division 4 • LEAGUE SHIELD – Division 5 & all remaining Divisions (Trophy & Shield subject to change?) • All LEAGUE cup competitions are treated as a single cup competition in respect to transfers • All Semi-Final’s – Neutral Grounds • Finals Venue – To be announced

  20. All matters concerning Referees should be directed to Kevin Carroll the Referees Secretary via email. • Current Match Fees: U16,17,18 (£28) All other 11-A-Side matches (£27), 9-A-Side (£22), 7-A-Side (£16), 5-A –Side (£12) Double Header match fee for 9v9 is £33 Shared equally between both teams

  21. If you wish to take your team on tour, you must seek permission from the General League Secretary (Dave Arrowsmith), in writing before 31st December 2014.

Double Headers are 20 minutes each way for both games • Corner posts and flags are required. • You CANNOT use 12x6 goals • Level on points will result in Play off Fixtures? • These fixtures will be on neutral grounds? • Semi-Final Fees – CWYFL no contribution • 2-Year age band (All age groups) for U11 a player must of attained the age of 9 or 10 years by 31st August 2014
