  1. Sleeping disorder treatment in Singapore There are a number of things you can do to help improve the quality of your sleep. First, make sure you have a regular sleep schedule. Try not to go to bed at different times every night or wake up at different times every morning; this will help train your body's internal clock so that it knows when it's time for bed and when it should be awake. Secondly, avoid caffeine after noon-- it takes about six hours for half of the caffeine in coffee or tea (and other caffeinated drinks) to leave your system and if you drink it too late in the day then this could affect how well rested you feel when going to sleep later on at night!
