Notes and Messages • Havetobeshort , butprovide all theinformationneeded. • Youcanuse personal pronouns, articles, auxiliaries, greetings (Dear, Yours) • Abbreviations: a.m. / p.m. / PS – addingmoreinformation / ASAP / etc / Mon, Tues • Make sure – easyto read and clearenoughtounderstand. • Longnotes – divideintosectionswitheachimportantpoint on a newline
