  8. Six Sigma • Business improvement approach that seeks to find and eliminate cause of defects and errors in manufacturing and processes by focusing on outputs.

Task • Each student need to present a simple diagram on quality assessment develop by themselves. • The diagram need to focus on quality issues which cover elements learned in this particular topic. • Students need to propose the diagram to any relevant organization (such as Hospital, Pos Office, restaurant and etc.) exist in Malaysia. • The duration: 20 minutes presentation + Q&A • Date of presentation: 10 August 2014
