  1. MC33063 distribution Data Question about distribution data Q1: Test No. 3,4,5,6,7(ICHG,IDISCHG,ICHG/IDISCHG) Your answer was Vcc is 5V and 40V. Please advice Vcc voltage for each Test No. Q2:Test No. 8(fosc) I think unit of fosc should be “kHz” but it’s unit is “V”. Please explain content of fosc test and which voltages are measured. Q3:Test No. 15,16(VTH) Please explain content of Test No.8. Pleas advice test content and which voltages are measured for Test No.15,16. Also, please advice difference of Test No.15 and 16.
