  3. Definiton-Purpose Definition: ICT based hospital service delivery • Purpose: • Need for improving operational and management and lowering the cost to achieve efficiency. • Ensuring people’s health by contributing to sustainable social development

Huawei Smart Hospital • Involves an impressive array of hospital ICT system, such as wired and wireless networks, data center, medical treatment systems and hospital administration system. • Tailored cloud-based ICT platform to provide telemedicine, mobile medicine, cloud desktop, unified communication (UC), office collaboration, video surveillance and linked medical information. Purpose: improving user experience, service quality, and work efficiency, while lowering the total cost of ownership (TCO)
