The New Learning Council is dedicated to improving training methodologies and tools across the organization. With a focus on effective onboarding and performance support, we aim to enhance the learner's journey through structured learning tracks tailored to different positions. Our collaborative efforts will involve developing various resources, including videos, podcasts, and wikis, to ensure consistency and quality in our training programs. By engaging leaders and addressing current challenges, we can ensure a community-driven approach that quantifies learning outcomes and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
