Background HFM is a Forensic Accounting Firm based in Long Island Clients with cases ranging from divorce to bankruptcy Paper system is currently being used within the company and by its employees to keep track of clients Many improvements needed for current system to create optimal efficiency and productivity

  3. Problems • Unorganized work environment • Difficult to find specific cases and documentation • Waste of time for employees • Promotes employee frustration and contributes to low morale
