A question was asked at the end of the last class: “What does this ‘protection’ (and by implication) a “black master’s” capabilities have to do with Universal Energy?” Answering the question with a question: Where else does “the material” come from to construct such devices? Again, thoughts are things and using the tools of imagination, clarity, intention and intensity, you can ‘build’/formulate anything you want from this Universal Energy, including complete landscapes (which I intend to do for a short time after my transition). (One other situation is on line at http://lprww.us/PsychicDefense/lprww_InterestingExperiences-4.html, a “ring pass not,” denying business access to entire continents for certain people… something that obviously took many years to construct, yet taken down in about 30 minutes.)

  4. In fact, as far as “constructing anything you want” is concerned, you do the same thing every night when you’re dreaming… you construct the “people” things and situations you experience. Same as after transition… The concepts of this short course are very simple, which is mainly why I wanted to keep it quite short, rather than bore any “prospective students” with unnecessary information. The basic concepts can enable you to do tremendous good, both for yourself and globally. As the examples I’ve used show, the only limiting factor is our own imagination.

A Misuse of Universal Energy - 1 Quick Background 03/24/90 ‘F’ performed our wedding in Santa Rosa, CA 11/92 – 02/93 we moved to Hong Kong to work with ‘F’s’ group… realized after a couple months what was going on – that the group was a cult - and broke with them, but thought we could still “make things work” on our own in Hong Kong. (‘F’ wanted control of the books that are now on-line at lprww.us – only the 1st 3 were available at that time - but Diane and I weren’t “controllable” by ‘F’ which frustrated him to no end.) On return to Santa Rosa, we found an other-dimensional “vine” growing up Diane’s spine and had it eliminated. We moved to Reno, and ‘sponsored’ ‘C,’ who had, as she said, “dropped” from ‘F’s’ group, then left her Chinese husband in HK to re-start in the U.S.

A Misuse of Universal Energy - 2(from: www.lprww.net) Working on the computer in that office up through Jan 12, I had been experiencing a slowly increasing, and quite uncharacteristic, lack of initiative and drive. The ex-cult member, “C,” we had taken in was, unbeknownst to us, still loyal to the cult run by “F,” which was intent on doing us whatever harm they could… a real-life Trojan horse. Forewarned on January 11, 1995, about “devices” that had been placed in my home office, I tried to search them out, but could only make out some dim outlines. I suggested to a shaman friend that he ‘send’ his apprentice around as a training exercise, to see what could be seen. This kind of investigation involved a degree of soul travel (bi-location, rather than teleporting), as well as being able to see into other dimensions. A good “test” for an apprentice.

A secondary system designed to instill death by focusing on either the heart or brain 7 7 Each device was a part of an integrated system, plugged into a ‘computer field, and wired for outside monitoring, 8,9,10 7 7 ‘Someone’ came by periodically to ensure all was ‘as it should be.’ 2,3,4 Each device was fabricated from a seed or pod, which was installed by our ‘Trojan Horse’ houseguest. 111 1

A Misuse of Universal Energy - 5(from: www.lprww.net) • In this case, 'F' relied upon 'C' to actually place a pod in an appropriate place, then 'F' would "activate" that pod's growth in a manner beneficial to his purposes. Yet those pods required maintenance by 'F' and died off when exposed to a meditative environment that generated higher vibratory energies than they could tolerate. As Col. Clink might say, “Velly Intellesting.” • All of these devices were de-activated and a false, dummy-feed system was set up on Jan 14, to temporarily simulate normal activity.

A Misuse of Universal Energy - 6(from: www.lprww.net) • On Jan 29, upon leaving the townhouse, I noticed a freshly-made front door key (now obsolete) beside the front step that had not been there the day before. It had been dropped as if someone had turned around, with their back to the door, and simply dropped it when it wouldn't work. Additionally, Diane and her guides then 'saw' another partially-completed elliptical device (another 'pod') in the front yard. It was later learned that 'F' hadn't been getting the usually clear 'reception' from the planted devices, so 'C' had been sent to rectify the situation and try planting this 'new,' but uncompleted device.

  12. A Misuse of Universal Energy - 7(from: www.lprww.net) • That whole group was so heavily involved in ego, and manifesting from that, that they completely lost sight of who they were. They were very good technicians… but very poor practitioners. As a result, at the soul level, they each ran into considerable trouble and accumulated a lot of negative karma… all to no avail in the long run.

  13. How do you want to manifest? • Notice the difference in how to manifest: Preferably, by Highest Good or by ego. Which way to manifest… allowing your ego to dictate, which can bring down a bunch of negative karma to work out in the future, or to work with Highest Good to manifest everything you really need, or would like to accomplish, without "stepping on anyone else's toes?” • When ‘F’ transitioned, ‘he’ was escorted to an isolated area (I understood another planet) to get a “re-education.”

  15. GLOBAL EXPERIENCES

  16. For those that might have a problem working with a global concept: One method is to see the Earth from outer space and simply visualize the energy you are working with as surrounding the Earth. Another method is to simply "send your consciousness" around the globe, directing the energy everywhere possible. A third method is to visualize the Earth in the palm of your hand and direct/see the energy you are working with covering the whole globe.

"ENGINEERING YOUR SPIRITUALITY," APPENDIX 3, SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCES (Maslow’s "peak experiences”?)http://www.lprww.us/lprwwBk1Appendix3-Spiritual Experiences.html Early in 1988 After hearing about such a process in a weekend seminar (Lazaris, thru Jach Purcell), I started sending my consciousness around the globe, but unexpectedly observed "sparks of light" that I interpreted as individually-emerging "Christ-consciousness openings" (in the larger, not strictly Christian sense). I'd then send those "openings" as much energy as I could to encourage sustained further opening on the part of that individual. An on-going “project.” EXERCISE: Send your consciousness around the Earth, pouring down as much white, pink or healing green energy as possible; watch for such points of light and send them additional, directed energy.

  19. Using a Frequency Modulation Concept Intense, heavier-than-usual energy is rained upon Earth around Christmas, Easter and probably other religious Holy Days. VERY Hi- Frequency Energy, so high, that it appears as a straight line to us. Imagine “impressing” your own healing energies on this Hi-Frequency Energy as a synergistic exercise. Benefits: Synergy in action… the Hi-Freq Energy has a “human vibration” better attuned to humanity, while your own Earth and humanity healing energies get a “heavy duty” boost.

Options and Applications to Assist Earth Simple, easy-to-remember approaches: • “Cleaning up”/Spiritualizing Mass Consciousness • OR • Envelope the Earth in pink light • Possibly followed by white light • (to raise the pink to a higher level) • OR • Envelope the Earth in healing green light • Again, possibly followed by white light • OR EVEN • Envelope the Earth in healing energy, • while supporting those “openings”
