Output One: Active Participation Delivery of Traditional Indigenous Games package - number of workshops per ATSIC Region Output Two: Skills Development Support Koori participation in accreditation programs ACCREDITATION CAMPS Encourage and support organisations applying for funding (VICHEALTH - continued success)

  5. Output Three: Access to Facilities Promote SRV facilities funding programs to indigenous communities Output Four: Development and Support Indigenous Sport and Recreation Reference Groups Development and delivery of Cross-Cultural Awareness Workshops Indigenous Sports Forum

  6. INDIGENOUS SPORT & RECREATION PROGRAM (ISRP) PROGRAM AIM: A sport and recreation Industry that is inclusive of and accessible to Indigenous Victorians

Objective One: To increase awareness within the sport and recreation industry of ways that it can be more inclusive of indigenous people • Cross-Cultural Awareness Workshops Objective Two: To increase access to sport and recreation opportunities by working with indigenous communities • Facilitate communication - indigenous communities/providers • Develop partnerships - Govt. agencies/indigenous organisations • Traditional Indigenous Games

Objective Three: To increase the involvement of indigenous people in the sport and recreation industry • Indigenous participation in accreditation programs • Indigenous Organisations applying for funding through State and Local Government agencies Objective Four: To facilitate linkages between sport and recreation organisations and indigenous communities and other relevant agencies • Indigenous Sports Forum • Indigenous Sport and Recreation Reference Groups • Maintain ongoing partnership with VAYSAR
