  1. 实验五 药敏实验 【目的】掌握细菌药物敏感性的测定方法 【材料】大肠杆菌菌液、营养琼脂、药敏纸片、平板、三角瓶、镊子、直尺等

  2. 【方法】 准备实验： 　　（1）实验所需物品的高压灭菌 　　（2）菌液培养： 菌种复活（划线18－24h） 转接入肉汤 扩大培养（18－24h） （3）菌落计数并稀释：活体法、比浊法、吸光度法 （4）将灭菌营养琼脂培养基溶化后取15mL－20mL倒入灭菌平皿内铺制空白平板。

  3. 2、正式实验 （１）将大肠杆菌菌液用无菌棉签均匀涂于1个空白平板表面，注意涂布均匀。 （2）待菌液吸收，将药敏制片均匀贴于菌液平板表面，注意不要使纸片移动！ （3）37℃培养18－24小时，测量抑菌圈大小，判定抗菌药物抑菌作用强弱。

  4. 3、结果及判定 （1）结果判定标准：NCCLS-2007

  5. 【分析与讨论】 1、根据实验结果，比较各种药物对于大肠杆菌抑菌作用的强弱。
