The Client A leading UK-based auto parts distributor, operating since 2015. The company specializes in distributing authentic components for brands like Ford, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Nissan.
The Requirements The client reached out to us with the following tasks: eBay auto parts listing services ensuring accurate product listings and ACES-compliant fitment data. 01 Ongoing price and inventory updates using eBay's Listings Report or client-shared data to identify SKUs requiring updates, then prepare and upload inventory templates. 02 03 Multi-channel expansion of operations across Amazon, OnBuy, and Wix through phased project growth.
Project Challenges Managing complex automotive listings required overcoming several operational hurdles: • Ensuring each product title begins with "For" followed by car make with any deviation affecting visibility and requiring immediate client escalation. • Managing time-intensive fitment selection matching exact make, model, variant, engine type, and year range while dealing with eBay admin panel refreshes causing progress loss. • Overcoming eBay admin panel intermittent lags that reduced workflow efficiency and increased error risk. • Meeting extremely high quality expectations of the client for listing accuracy, requiring multi-level quality control processes.
