Reviewing Process • all papers: at least 4 reviews from PC • external reviews requested when low bids • in total • 342 reviews requested • 323 returned (avg. 4.7 reviews / submission) • external reviews: • 62 requested, 51 returned • 82% return rate • 1.5 days PC meeting in Valencia on 17-18 Dec. 2009 • 19 PC members (+ Karama, Pedro and myself) • on-line discussions / phone calls with others members
