  1. Global Appraiser Access This facility is for the Chairperson, Managing Director and Director Human Resources. It permits view of /sifting of MBOs of all executives by Department/Grade/Property

  2. Notes for the Managing Director  The following slides deal solely with your role as the Managing Director, the Global Appraiser, for all executives. You are the First appraiser to HODs in Kolkata. Please refer to the Appraiser Training to learn more.

  5. As a Global Appraiser you can give comments during the Mid Term &Final MBO Review. Global Appraisers like Chairperson, Managing Director has to access the Home page of e-MBO and access the “Global Appraisers login” section

  6. Choose your role as Chairperson, Managing Director or Director,Human Resources Default password is “password”. It has to be changed as soon as the Global Appraiser Logins. Choose the property, that is Kolkata , Chennai, etc. Choose the Grade On Clicking the Login button the Global Appraiser can access all the MBOs. However the Global Appraiser can only view and cannot edit. Choose the Department You can choose one or the two options of employee grade or departments to sift MBO viewing.

  7. Only the names of those appraisee will pop up in the left Panel whose name has been mapped. 2 Choose a name to see the MBO form.

  8. If the Appraisee whose name has been chosen by the Global Appraiser have not finalised his/ her Objectives , a message will come.

  9. 2 If the Appraisee has finalised his/ her Objectives The MBO form of the appraisee will be displayed.

  10. Scroll Down the page after viewing and press the Continue Button

  11. Please Note : Unit strategy is different for different locations After viewing The Unit Strategy Page press the Continue Button to proceed

  12. Key Result Area 1 Heading a) Proposed Results1 CGM 1 b) Proposed Results2 CGM 2 c) Proposed Results3 CGM 3 d) Proposed Results4 CGM 4 Global Appraiser views the KRA 1 section

  13. On pressing the Continue button, Global Appraiser moves to the KRA 2 section

  18. Global Appraiser completes viewing KRA section by pressing on the Continue button.

The Global Appraiser Will Press The Submit button in case he/she makes a comment
