  2. Dividing • It’s impossible to divide fractions. Therefore, you must change it into multiplication. To do this you must use the operation “KCF”. (Keep. Change. Flip.) • 9/10 / 3/10 = • 9/10 x 10/3 = 9/3 = 3 • (Simplify if needed) • 8/9 / 2/9 = • 8/9 x 9/2 = 72/18 = 4

  3. Example continuation • 3/10 / 4/10 = • 3/10 x 10/4= ¾ • 1/3 / 2/3 = • 1/3 x 3/2 = 3/6 = ½ • 6/10 / 4/10 = • 6/10 x 10/4 = 60/40 = 1 2/4 = 1 ½
